Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations using Canada Post.
STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 9090 Av du Parc, #100, Montreal
- Orders can be picked up Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 3 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Free shipping for orders over 150$ CAD
Personalized (custom) orders take 3-6 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
Refund policy
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. NO REFUNDS or returns on custom or personalized orders. Any cancellation on a custom or personalized order will be subject to 50% payment non-refundable.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@starlightfurs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items or items on sale), gift cards and products linked to a contest. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
